The First Statutory Meeting will be called in the coming months with agendas to be sent in due course. Your attendance at this meeting is important as we will help you as the new purchasers navigate what Community Title living looks like as well as information on the operational side of the building. At the meeting there will be discussions on levy contributions, building insurance, election of committees, maintenance requirements and special matters for consideration.
